1. How do I place an order?
Simply select the product you wish to purchase, add it to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your payment securely.

European Union: 7–15 business days

5. How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
6. Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders can only be canceled or modified if they have not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@delageshop.com.
7. What is your return policy?
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return, in accordance with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in their original packaging.

8. When will I receive my refund?
Once your returned item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and issued to the original payment method.
9. What should I do if my item is damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the issue. We will assist you promptly.
10. Do you ship internationally?
